4MATT, partner Premier ServiceNow and recognized as the best ITX partner in Latin America, was invited to participate in the ServiceNow Learning Labs in the session โ€œUnlock Value with CMDB Data Foundationsโ€, which will take place on August 20th, from 9 am to 4 pm.

What is ServiceNow Learning Labs?

Anticipating the ServiceNow Summit 2025, the Learning Labs It is an immersive day of learning, with practical labs, workshops and debates on essential topics for digital transformation.

The 4MATT Lab: Unlock Value with CMDB Data Foundations

On August 20th, 4MATT will host the workshop โ€œUnlock Value with CMDB Data Foundations.โ€ The goal is to train professionals in creating a Robust and aligned CMDB to the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).

Workshop Content

During the lab, we will cover:

โ€“ Main data governance challenges in environments with low technical maturity;

-Good practices to increase the visibility of the IT area;

-Strategies to minimize risks and optimize operational efficiency;

-Positioning the CMDB as a pillar of digital transformation.

Furthermore, we will demonstrate how the ServiceNow AI Platform, integrated with structured data from CMDB and ITOM, can offer a unified and strategic vision for decision-making.
