The traditional FACC Week The 2025 Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF) Internship Fair took place from October 13 to 17, 2025. This special edition celebrated the 15th anniversary of the School of Business Administration and Accounting Sciences (FACC). The event brought together training activities, lectures, and the 7th Internship Fair, strengthening the integration between students and the job market.
4MATT was present at two key events. It held a lecture on strategic management in the digital age and participated in the Internship Fair. This reinforced its commitment to training and developing new talent in technology and management.
Strategic management in the digital age
On October 16th, 4MATT hosted the lecture "Strategic Management in the Digital Age: How to Transform with Technology." The presentation was given by Bruno Ferreira (Technical Director), Antônio Cançado (Director of Operations), and João Freitas (Technical Consultant and FACC alumnus). The meeting, moderated by Professor Cristina Dusi, the college's dean, attracted a large audience and was widely praised by faculty and students.
The lecture's content highlighted how digital transformation has impacted company management, requiring leaders capable of integrating processes, people, and technology. According to João Freitas, the moment was special. "It was an incredible and rewarding experience. Especially considering it's a topic I experience daily, applying my management expertise to implement…" IT solutions.”
The students who attended the lecture expressed interest in learning more about 4MATT, the business, and the opportunities for entry and growth. This is because 4MATT has a partnership with the university for the internship program. Thus, about 50% of the company's interns are from institutions in Juiz de Fora and entered on the team of 4MATT.

Internship Fair and 4MATT's participation
The following day, October 17, 4MATT participated in the 7th FACC Internship Fair, which brought together approximately 200 students seeking opportunities and career guidance. The company's booth was well-attended, attracting students interested in learning about 4MATT's operations, its projects, and its Internship Program, developed in partnership with UFJF and the Federal Institute of Juiz de Fora (IFJF).
It was a time to share experiences, business trends, and learn a little more about 4MATT. João Freitas explains that it was a moment of great connection among the students. "We, as FACC students/alumni, had the opportunity to discuss how the strategic concept learned in management courses is applied to ensure success in IT solutions, platform implementation, and projects in general. People were very interested in 4MATT, as it is an information technology company, our business model, and our emphasis on the importance of people, both in technical training and in analytical and consultative vision."“
