4MATT and Bradesco at SNUG São Paulo: Innovation in software asset management

4MATT is pleased to announce its participation and support of the SNUG Brazil ServiceNow 2025, one of the main meetings of the ServiceNow community in the country. The event, which will take place in São Paulo on March 11, 2025, will bring together experts, customers and partners to share insights and experiences on innovation, automation and digital transformation.

One of the highlights of the event will be the opportunity for interaction between ServiceNow Users, through the ServiceNow User Group (SNUG). This group, essential for the exchange of knowledge and best practices, promotes a collaborative environment where users can share experiences, solve challenges and explore new features of the ServiceNow platform. As part of the programming, the Bradesco will present the “Customer Case Banco Bradesco: Software asset management”, a success story in partnership with ServiceNow and 4MATT, highlighting the transformation in software asset portfolio management, driven by Software Asset Management (SAM).

The presentation, which will be held at Tech Breakout I, from 3:15 pm to 4:15 pm, will feature the participation of IT specialist, Vanessa Ornelas. During the session, the specialist will share details about the impacts of implementing the solution and the benefits obtained by Banco Bradesco. The main highlights of the case include:

  1. Complete automation of software contract management, enabling efficient management of over 1,000 contracts;
  2. Significant increase in operational efficiency, eliminating manual processes and reducing errors;
  3. Strategies adopted to optimize costs, avoiding unnecessary expenses with renewals and undue acquisitions.

The partnership between 4MATT and Banco Bradesco reinforces the commitment to innovation and excellence in software asset management. The use of ServiceNow SAM has allowed the bank, which is a national reference, to have more precise and strategic control, resulting in greater governance and investment optimization.
