4MATT Tecnologia da Informação LTDA, Premier partner specialized in solutions ServiceNow and IT asset governance, proudly announces the institutional partnership with Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF), aiming at hiring and training interns. The first group started in October 2024, the second started in April 2025 and new groups will be formed later this year.
The main objective of the initiative is to actively contribute to the professional development of university students, promoting practical experiences in real technology projects, in addition to technical training on platforms such as ServiceNow. In addition to working directly on IT solutions, interns will also have the opportunity to interact with the administrative, financial and human resources areas, developing a holistic view of corporate operations.
It is worth noting that some of the interns will come from the “Minds of the Future“, an initiative by UFJF with support from the Government of Minas Gerais, aimed at identifying and developing young talents in technology and innovation.

What motivated 4MATT to establish this partnership with UFJF?

What are the main skills that interns will develop during the program?
“They will receive initial training in ServiceNow, with participation in internal projects and eventually in customer operations. They will also learn about processes ITAM, CMDB and ITOM, in addition to administrative and support routines that are essential in any organization.”
