Reinforcing its commitment to talent training and educational development, 4MATT Tecnologia da Informação LTDA has just signed a new partnership with Federal Institute (IF), expanding its internship program, which already has active collaboration with the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF). The new initiative will be valid from May 23, 2025 to May 22, 2030.
With this new agreement, 4MATT extends practical training opportunities to students at the Federal Institute, who will be involved in real technology, management and corporate innovation projects. As with the partnership with UFJF, IF interns will participate in training on platforms such as ServiceNow and will work on several fronts of the company, including IT, finance, human resources and administrative management; however, each stage will be monitored to ensure alignment with the program's objectives.

Bruno, what motivated 4MATT to expand the internship program to the Federal Institute?
“We have a very positive history with UFJF, and we believe that the Federal Institute is an institution with the same level of commitment to public and quality education. Expanding to IF allows us to reach a new group of talented and dedicated students, as it further strengthens our mission of training professionals prepared for the challenges of the IT and modern management market.
How does this new partnership fit into 4MATT's training strategy?
“What we are building is a true ecosystem for training and productive insertion. By including students from different public higher education and technical institutions, we are expanding the diversity and richness of perspectives within our team. We want these young people to have a complete experience, with experiences in real projects and constant support for their professional growth.”
Will there be a difference in training between IF and UFJF interns?
“Our approach is personalized, but our values and structure are consistent. All interns go through an onboarding cycle, receive training in tools like ServiceNow, and then work in different areas according to their profile. We value the complementarity between academic training and business experience. The difference will be in the pace and focus, depending on the course and specialization of each intern.”
