4MATT, a Brazilian information technology and service management company, recently announced its integration with Iconica.co, a global alliance of ServiceNow partners. This union makes 4MATT the only Brazilian representative in the organization, expanding its ability to offer IT solutions to companies around the world.
On the 28th, during the ServiceNow Summit São Paulo event, 4MATT presented a success story in partnership with the Brazilian holding company Porto Seguro and ServiceNow itself, highlighting its role in transforming the insurer's operations through automation and IT management. Porto Seguro, which serves 17 million customers, has 13,000 employees and 36,000 independent brokers, faced significant challenges in managing complex and time-consuming manual processes. The project, in collaboration with 4MATT and ServiceNow, had as its main objective the automation of critical processes, especially in the management of on-premises server inventories, improving compliance and visibility of operations.
With the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, the project achieved significant results: a reduction of 97% in the use of manual scripts, automation of 92% of on-premises server inventories, reduction of information collection time from 30 to 1 day, and compliance generation time from 15 to 1 day. 4MATT helped Porto Seguro adopt the Integration Hub and the ITOM Discovery, ITAM and IRM (Risk Management) modules from ServiceNow, adjusting them to the specific needs of the company. The project stages included planning workshops, focusing on operating system discovery, standardization of software contracts and development of dashboards to monitor license usage and network health.
4MATT’s participation in Iconica.co further strengthens its position in the IT market. The company will adopt a customer-centric approach, differentiating itself from traditional Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) by focusing on meeting the specific needs of the IT industry. “We are thrilled to be part of the Iconic Alliance,” said Marcelo Theóphilo, Executive Director of 4MATT.
With this integration, 4MATT reaffirms its commitment to supporting its customers with IT solutions that promote operational efficiency and digital transformation in Brazil. The company remains dedicated to collaborating with organizations in tackling technological challenges, ensuring that each customer receives the support they need to thrive in an increasingly competitive market.
