A day of immersion in IT asset management and SaaS, with valuable insights and learnings.

On March 16, 2024, 4MATT, in partnership with ServiceNow, promoted the ITAM FORUM and Workshops, an exclusive event that brought together customers and partners for a day of exchanging experiences and learning about the world of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software as a Service (SaaS).

The event, held at the prestigious Templo da Carne, in São Paulo, provided an environment conducive to in-depth discussions on strategies and innovative solutions to optimize IT asset management, as this is our company's focus: strengthening the environment and bringing knowledge about IT asset management.

Event Highlights:

  • Opening Lecture: Inspiring opening with Marcelo Theophilo and Victor Bertholdo. They discussed trends and challenges in IT asset management in the digital age. 

 

  • Practical Workshops: Attendees had the opportunity to participate in interactive workshops, where they could learn the functionalities of the ServiceNow platform and learn how to apply ITAM best practices in their business.

 

  • Networking and Exchange of Experiences: The event provided a space for networking and exchanging experiences among participants, who were able to share their challenges and solutions in the area of IT asset management.

 

  • Focus on SaaS: One of the central themes of the event was the management of Software as a Service (SaaS), with discussions on how ServiceNow can simplify and optimize the management of software subscriptions and licenses.

It was an incredible afternoon! We delved into a frank discussion about SaaS and explored how ServiceNow can simplify management combined with all the expertise of 4MATT. It was a true journey of insights and learning! We look forward to the next meeting!
