The 4MATT Summit 2024, held on November 26, 27 and 28, was another milestone in the history of our company. During three intense days, all of our 4MATTERS came together to experience moments of learning, exchange of experiences and new connections. The event, in addition to being a great moment of integration, was also a platform to consolidate strategies for the future of 4MATT.

Day 1 – Overcoming and Inspiration with Luiz Maurício

The first day of the event was marked by a special talk by Olympic athlete Luiz Maurício, who shared his story of overcoming and resilience, both in sports and in the job market. He gave us a motivational talk about how to turn adversity into opportunity. His story inspired us to keep moving forward, even in the face of difficulties, and challenged us to always strive for the best in everything we do.

Days 2 and 3 – Strategic Insights and Future Goals

In the following days, the program focused on sharing the results achieved in 2024 and aligning the goals for 2025. Among the highlights, we had the presentation of the main milestones of 2024, the innovation strategies and the priorities for the next year. The focus will be on sustainable growth, operational excellence and strengthening our team.

These lectures were not just presentations, but moments of knowledge exchange that reinforced 4MATT's commitment to remaining at the forefront of technological transformations, positively impacting the market and society.

Dynamics, Connections and Happy Hours

In addition to the technical content, the 4MATT Summit 2024 was also an event for integration. And, of course, the relaxed happy hours ended each day with good conversations, laughter and the celebration of 2024's achievements.
