Last Tuesday, July 29, 2025, 4MATT held the fourth and final meeting of the ITAM and CMDB 2025 Journey. This closing session emphasized the platform as the backbone of digital.
The Webinar was led by 4MATT experts: Ellen Ferro (Head of ITAM), Bruno Ferreira (Technical Director of Delivery), Mahur Abrahão (ServiceNow Consultant) and Israel Nicolau (Head of Pre-Sales).
We had a strategic and expertly focused discussion on the most efficient, secure, and integrated configurations. We also focused on transforming data and automation into concrete results for operations.
During the webinar, key aspects of asset and configuration management were discussed. Among the topics covered were the importance of connecting technology, governance, and performance to deliver value to IT operations, as well as the generation and analysis of practical insights and real-world experiences that enable more strategic and efficient asset management. The main challenges facing the ITAM & CMDB market, the ITIL approach to technology, the practical application of these disciplines, and the role of platforms in IT asset management were also discussed.
Ellen emphasized that platforms are one of the foundations for achieving results and are essential for optimization, when combined with other execution factors: "The platform is the tool that helps us achieve our goals. Therefore, we need to address the three pillars together: processes, people, and platforms. Without a platform, we can't scale. This process requires strategy and adaptability." – Ellen Ferro.
We concluded with a flourish an incredible journey comprised of four online webinars and an exclusive in-person meeting, held on August 19th at the WTC Sky Bridge in São Paulo.
