On May 27, 2025, 4MATT held the second meeting of the ITAM & CMDB 2025 Journey, focusing on the “Processes” stage — one of the fundamental pillars for ensuring governance, data integrity, and operational efficiency in asset and configuration management.
The webinar was led by three 4MATT leaders: Ellen Ferro (Head of ITAM), Israel Nicolau (Head of Pre-Sales) and Margareth Morais (Head of Delivery).
The event brought together IT professionals from all over Brazil in a strategic conversation about how process architecture and asset lifecycle governance directly impact CMDB reliability and companies' ability to make decisions based on reliable data.
The main topics covered were: clearly defining responsibilities throughout the asset lifecycle, from requisition to disposal; standardizing operational flows, ensuring efficiency and traceability; the importance of documentation and continuous process review; automating and adopting best practices based on ITIL and the ServiceNow platform; increasing visibility, reducing rework, and improving audit compliance.
We concluded with a flourish an incredible journey comprised of four online webinars and an exclusive in-person meeting, held on August 19th at the WTC Sky Bridge in São Paulo.
