The starting point was the transformation of the CMDB&#039;s role: from a passive record system to an active intelligence system, capable of automatically discovering assets, predicting failures before they occur, acting on processes without manual intervention, and learning from each execution cycle.<\/p>\n<p>The session mapped three stages of maturity of AI applied to <a href=\"https:\/\/4matt.com.br\/en\/services\/itam\/\">ITAM<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/4matt.com.br\/en\/services\/cmdb\/\">CMDB<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Predictive AI<\/strong> \u2014 delivers the highest ROI today, preventing infrastructure failures and anticipating license renewals before expiration. It is the stage with the lowest data maturity requirement and the highest immediate return.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Generative AI<\/strong> \u2014 transforms structured data into natural language and converts technical knowledge into accessible operational answers for business and support teams.<\/li>\n<li><strong>AI Agency<\/strong> \u2014 the most powerful stage and the one that demands the most governance: it acts autonomously on IT processes without human intervention at each stage. It&#039;s the foundation.<\/h2>\n<p>The data presented in Webinar I accurately defines the scenario: 95% of enterprise AI pilots fail to deliver measurable impact (MIT, 2025). Only 25% of organizations extract real value from CMDB today (Gartner). And 83% of companies don&#039;t see at least 20% of their own IT assets.<\/p>\n<p>The conclusion is straightforward: <em>Garbage in, garbage out<\/em> \u2014 now at the speed and scale of artificial intelligence.
